SAFETY AND SECURITY
This is one of the most important facets one can deal with when seeking assistance with childcare and/or elderly care in the home. Therefore, we here at Me and My Nanna, LLC, conduct extensive background checks on all of the caregivers that register with our agency. Inclusive of the background screening for the candidates are driving records, criminal history, which includes finger-printing with the FBI, Social Security identity, medical clearance records with respect to any communicable diseases, Hepatitis B and Tuberculosis clearance waivers, child abuse and sexual abuse registries. There are no expenses spared.
As an added bonus, all of the potential caregivers who desire to be placed in our database are also interviewed by an intake coordinator, nanny placement specialist, as well as, our CEO/Founder. We administer a questionnaire for potential nannies which was underwritten by a child psychologist who also believes in the fundamental practice of placing qualified, professional caregivers with those individuals who desire to not only keep their loved ones in the comfort of their own home; but to also provide an atmosphere which is most conducive for the loved one and the caregiver. Also, an indepth questionnaire is administered to potential senior care caregivers as well. One of our beliefs is that the benefits of providing in-home, professional service allows for a sense of normalcy for you and your loved ones. Again, please note that the safety and security of your loved one is our top priorities.
